Lovelyz is a South Korean girl group which formed by Woolim Entertainment itself in 2014.
The kpop group was the first girl group created by the company and it was one of successful group in Woolim company.
On November 1, the company officially announced that the group will disband after the end of the member's contracts on November 16.
Among the members, only Baby Soul has re-signed with the company .
