Kang Daniel, recently had received a bad news from the District court regarding his lawsuit filed back 2019.
The lawsuit was filed for DC Inside and was passed to the Seoul District Court to examine . The purpose of the lawsuit is to request closure of the community which also known as "gallery" due to many uploaded posts on DC Inside which is exceed the boundary of normal post.
Reportedly, the gallery contains many libelous falsehood and many posts are not appropriate to read.
In conclusive, the court had rejected Kang Daniel lawsuit filed by mentioning and giving prioritize for the public to have their freedom of expression throughout the platform. Not only that, the manager of the platform also debate that they had checked and trimmed any problematic post.
